You also have the right, in this case, to express your point of view and challenge the decision.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Right to complain &#8211; the E-REB data subject has the right to complain about the way their data is processed to the E-REB Data Controller identified above in the first instance or to the National Data Protection Commission (www.cnpd.pt) in the second instance.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data categories<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The categories of data collected by E-REB are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data for invoicing;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contact details;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data for sending goods;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Newsletter details;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data collection and purpose<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The data we collect through our store is entered by the customer at the time of purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Billing data is collected for the purpose of carrying out the commercial transaction and, accordingly, issuing a legal billing document on behalf of the client;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contact details are collected for the purpose of communicating with the customer in the pre-purchase and post-purchase period, as well as in the event of future technical assistance, returns or complaints;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The data for the shipment of goods is collected to enable the shipment of goods, whenever the address in question is different from the address used for invoicing;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Newsletter data is collected for the purpose of sending commercial information to the customer;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data processing<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data processing takes place after the customer has requested a purchase (billing, contact and shipping data categories), or after subscribing to our newsletter (newsletter data category);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Treatment safety<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The data collected is stored in a database in the E-REB store software. Access to the store&#8217;s administration panel, access to the hosting control panel and access to the database manager are equipped with high-security passwords.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The accommodation has an up-to-date security certificate installed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hosting is backed up daily for redundancy purposes and fortnightly for system replacement purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Locally, the data is stored in Rentelectricbarosa&#8217;s IT department located at our head office. The computer is equipped with a password for access and resumption after inactivity, a firewall and an antivirus program. This computer is periodically backed up to an external hard disk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The management and invoicing software where the data is entered is configured with access levels, and only the company manager is allowed to change or delete any customer data.
